Strawberry Overnight Oatmeal with Meritene

Ingredients:

  • 1 sachet of Meritene Strength and Vitality Strawberry;
  • 30 g of oats;
  • 1 glass of water;
  • Nuts (optional);
  • Raisins (optional);
  • Fresh red fruits (optional).

Preparation:

  1. Add all the ingredients (except the red fruits) to a bowl and mix well;
  2. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight;
  3. In the morning, stir gently and add the fresh red fruits (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries…)
