
Strawberry Overnight Oatmeal with Meritene
Share
Ingredients:
- 1 sachet of Meritene Strength and Vitality Strawberry;
- 30 g of oats;
- 1 glass of water;
- Nuts (optional);
- Raisins (optional);
- Fresh red fruits (optional).
Preparation:
- Add all the ingredients (except the red fruits) to a bowl and mix well;
- Cover and leave in the fridge overnight;
- In the morning, stir gently and add the fresh red fruits (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries…)
