Lumbamed Maternity

Lumbar support for stabilization during pregnancy.

Lumbamed maternity provides gentle relief and stability while supporting the spine. The belt adjusts perfectly to the growing belly during pregnancy. The pregnant woman can also easily and individually adjust the level of support by pulling the side straps. It is important to note that Lumbamed maternity does not restrict the fetus' freedom of movement.

FEATURES:

• By supporting the abdomen, the orthosis helps to neutralize the increased tension caused by the growth of the fetus;
• The abdominal support provided by the orthosis relieves the abdominal wall, pelvis and lumbar spine, reducing pain;
• Integrated stabilization splints provide additional relief for the lumbar spine.

INDICATIONS:

All indications where stabilization of the lumbar spine with adjustable pressure is required, such as:

• Situations of pain in the lumbar spine area during pregnancy;
• Symptoms due to distension of the abdomen;
• Hyperlordosis during pregnancy;
• Low back pain;
• Lumbosciatica;
• Lumbamed maternity should not be used in the presence of an inguinal hernia.
