Philadelphia Cervical Collar

FEATURES:

• Orthosis composed of two pieces, front and back, made of plastazote, with rigid thermoplastic reinforcements and side velcro fasteners;
• Designed in its upper part to make full contact with the lower part of the head and with occipito-mental support;
• Its lower part rests laterally on the shoulders, anteriorly on the manubrium of the sternum and posteriorly up to D5;
• Has an anterior hole for tracheostomy;
• Allows for X-rays to be taken without having to remove the device;
• Unisex.

INDICATIONS:

• Severe trauma with vertebral fractures, post-operative protection, metastases.
• Indicated for high cervical injuries C1-C2.
