INDICATIONS:
- After sclerotherapy/surgery;
- Varicose veins in pregnancy with a tendency towards mild to severe edema;
- Inflammatory venous disease (superficial thrombophlebitis, varicophlebitis) with a tendency towards mild to moderate edema;
- Thrombosis prophylaxis for active patients;
- Primary and secondary varicose veins, with a slight tendency to severe edema;
- Chronic venous insufficiency, stage I to III, with a tendency towards mild to severe edema / CEAP - classification C1 to C5;
- Deep vein thrombosis, post-thrombotic syndrome with tendency for mild edema
Material Composition : 31 % elastane, 69% polyamide.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Elastic stockings are a medical device that can only be clinically corrected by taking measurements across the entire leg. Consult the measurement chart in the article. Measurements should always be taken first thing in the morning , with the person standing upright, with their legs apart and their weight distributed between both legs. For a thigh-high stocking or tights, 4 measurements should be taken: ankle, calf, thigh and leg height (see the measurement chart for where to take these measurements). To measure leg height, you should stand upright and measure the height of your leg from the inside of your leg, from the base of your heel to the base of your thigh.
