The elastic adjustment at the hip and thigh ensures the necessary compression at the surgical site, supporting the post-surgical positioning. At the same time, the elastic tension at the thigh counteracts the habitual external rotation of the leg.
Its compact structure prevents hip rotation and limits uncontrolled involuntary movements, providing safety for faster mobilization during recovery.
The use of medi orthocox simplifies the treatment of leg and hip compression during hospitalization, as well as during rehabilitation, contributing to better treatment results with lower associated costs.

INDICATIONS:
All indications in which post-operative compression of the hip or thigh is necessary, such as:
- Intertrochanteric correction osteotomy;
- Osteosynthesis of pertrochanteric fractures;
- Total hip joint endoprosthesis.
